Can I make changes to my order or cancel my order?

Yes! Please reach out quickly if you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order. We are unable to make changes once your order has been processed or has been shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We try to process your order as soon as possible - We typically send packages on Monday, Friday and Saturday but can try and get your package out to you during the week if a rush is needed! If that is the case, please feel free to reach out to us through our website, Facebook or Instagram. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order once it is shipped.

Where is my order?

All items are expected to be shipped within 5-7 business days of your order; this does not include transit time. You can check your order shipping status by clicking the link in your order conformation email. If your order is being shipped within the United States, your package(s) will typically arrive within 2-10 days after being shipped via USPS. 

I received the incorrect item. What should I do?

If you received the incorrect item please email us here. We will apologize for the error with your order, ask for your forgiveness and patience and will certainly correct this for you as quickly as possible! 

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please email a photograph of the damaged item to hello@offleashapparel.com along with your order number and we would be happy to begin the exchange process. Damaged or defective merchandise can only be exchanged for up to 30 days after the delivery date. 

Can Off Leash Apparel cancel my order?

Off Leash Apparel reserves the right to cancel any order and refund your order in full at any time.
